Sony have recently released the new PSP Go, while still primarily a handheld games console, the new PSP Go is aimed at people who regularly download and enjoy there entertainment on the go, including music, photos, movies and games. The PSP Go has a redesigned body that is both lighter and smaller than the original and has a smaller wide screen display. Another big change is there is no longer the UMD drive, the PSP Go has on board memory of 16gb and can be upgraded to 32gb using an optional Sony memory stick micro. Games for the PSP Go can now be downloaded to the PSP Go and stored in the console's memory. Sony says most of the back catalogue of PSP games will be made available to download, and new titles will be released both digitally and on UMD. The PSP Go also comes with wi-fi capabilities for downloading new games and media sharing, to buy news games or other applications users can access the store directly from the console using either a wi-fi connection or, alternatively, through the new Media Go software for PC, which is bundled with the console.
